An homage to Japanese folk crafts, designer Denis Guidone recreates the aesthetics of an uwade cast iron teapot entirely in borosilicate glass. The design for Ichendorf Milano elevates the concept of the completely clear teapot. This singular and shapely design is composed of an inverted conical body, curved handle, delicate lid and leak-proof spout. Revealing the rich colors of its contents, the movement of the tea inside, the teapot also seems to float as it's poured, airy and somehow momentarily invisible.
