Creative young people with a real thirst for making their mark and communicating through their own very personal design make up the generation of talents spawned by SaloneSatellite over the last twenty-one years – a real breath of fresh air that has successfully revitalised the looks and remits of furnishing products.

Born in the Argentinean province of Catamarca, Cristián Mohaded is a prolific product and interior designer, and art director. In addition to designing for private clients and his own brand, Vacavaliente, Mohaded has collaborated with a number of international companies including Habita, Gallery Serge Bensimon and La Redoute. In 2013 Mohaded's 'Twist chair #2', designed together with the architect Ricardo Blanco, was chosen as the first Argentine piece to be included in the permanent design collection of Paris' Musée Les Arts Décoratifs.
