Creative young people with a real thirst for making their mark and communicating through their own very personal design make up the generation of talents spawned by SaloneSatellite over the last twenty-five years – a real breath of fresh air that has successfully revitalised the looks and remits of furnishing products.

Art Attaichi, born out of the passion of designer Fainy Thakor, brings a sense of luxury to entirely handcrafted sculptural pieces designed for modern-day homes. Ancient materials like marble, wood, and stone — locally sourced, in support of local artisans and India's cultural heritage — come to life in rare, emotive and exquisitely crafted sculptural pieces that seek to surpass the realm of the visual. Objects are thought-provoking, and seem to possess lives of their own. A trained architect with a deep reverence for aesthetics in the purest sense of the word, Thakor is concerned with art and design's potential to powerfully affect and interract not only with space, but with the senses, perception, and emotion.
