A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, New York-based designer Leon Ransmeier founded his industrial design practice Ransmeier Inc in 2005. Focused on industrial design projects that explore the relationship between objects and humans, the designer has collaborated with a number of brands, producing furniture and objects for the likes of Wrong for Hay, Herman Miller
and Mattiazzi. Ransmeier's work has been publicly exhibited at New York's Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum and San Francisco's Museum of Modern Art, where it is included in the permanent collection.
