A designer and architect led by modern simplicity, David Thulstrup integrates traditional aesthetics into his work using quality materials that support comfort, durability and practicality. Establishing his Copenhagen-based studio in 2009, Thulstrup has contributed to a range of local and international projects, including the 2018 redesign of the new Noma restaurant in the city.
With a career history that includes working alongside French architect Jean Nouvel and Peter Marino, Thulstrup's designs promote pared-back aesthetics by exploring different ways with light, colour, form and material, while staying true to the needs and visions of each client and collaborator.
