Golran 1898

The story of Golran begins in Mashad, a Persian city located near the border between Iran and Russia. This is where Hajizadeh Golran established a company in 1898, which today specialises in both contemporary and antique oriental carpets. Guided by the same principals, teachings and techniques as it was back then, the brand now seamlessly fuses traditional handcrafting with new technology and processes, as well as looking towards design for modern inspiration. The Milan-based company is still run by Golran's descendants.
